ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
JOB TITLE: Account Director.
AREA: National.
BASED: South East.
BASIC: £35K.
OTE: £50K (uncapped).

Description:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Account Directors to join and sell a range of market leading business-centric mobile solutions. This company has already attained a market leadership position and now seeks an experienced sales professional, with a proven track record in winning and developing client relationships, to join their team.
The Role:
The individual will lead well coordinated account engagements that utilize the full & available resources of the company, to drive adoption & deployment of the company’s mobile solutions, whilst increasing revenue & customer satisfaction.
The individual will require relevant commercial experience along with considerable passion, energy, tenacity, commitment & composure to deal with many of the world’s leading brand companies at Executive level.
Key Accountabilities
Leading a well organized, highly skilled & competent team to achieve sales performance targets against well defined & agreed account objectives.
Responsibility for:
- Leading customer engagements to ensure positive customer experience and growth in revenues
- Developing & coordinating account strategies with Colleagues & partners to drive customer projects which lead to positive positioning within accounts
- Apply strong business skills & methodologies to meet & exceed customer expectations
- Responsible for ensuring all revenue & commitment targets are met/exceeded
- Develop appropriate executive calling plans.
- Leverage relationships at senior management & board level
- Ensure customer satisfaction & overall quality of service & solutions are delivered.
Key Success Criteria
Leading & Managing sales campaigns to ensure continued improvement in revenue growth & Customer Satisfaction.
- Take the lead sales role in nominated accounts
- Formulate & execute ‘winning’ sales strategies within accounts
- Create & maintain accurate & up-to-date sales plans for key ‘target’ accounts
- Drive opportunity reviews (inc partners) & maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Ability to quickly understand the customers current business strategy & influence direction
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Essential Experience
- Approx 5 yrs sales or account management experience in the UK Corporate/SME market.
- Proven primary quota achievement record - min last 3 yrs
- Experience in successfully working with senior Executive, Technologists, & demanding accounts.
- Ideally, candidates will have completed formal sales training
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft desktop tools (i.e. Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Ability to work with 3rd partner community
- Technical /Functional Skills
- Technical understanding & awareness of client server computing.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft products whilst not essential would be considered a bonus
